Evening Families,

It has come to our attention that there is inconsistency among families at our school receiving notifications from Bus Planner. Some families are receiving notifications but others are not.  I have reached out to the transportation department and they have shared the following information:

"Some parents have a high security setting causing the notification to go to junk mail. The other reason may be that they have the notification turned off in the parent portal. Any parent who is adamant that they did not get it should call HRCE Transportation and we can confirm the email was sent to them or see why not."
